“6 week challenge” I hear you say…. what’s that all about?

Here you’ll find the stories, tales, and rants from the women in the Pelvic Floor Health office, our friends and whom ever else we are able to get to talk about their pelvic floor online (pretty glamorous, I know). Over time as we co-op more willing women, you’ll be able to find someone with a similar set of symptoms and life-stage to you – and read her thrilling account of the “6 week challenge”.

It became obvious to us that pelvic floor problems are really common, and concerning, and something that we don’t have to live with. We get a range of questions posted to us about the two products that we sell: SmartBalls and NatraTone – but one of the most common questions is ‘how long will I have to use SmartBalls for, before I get results?‘ and ‘how long is the NatraTone programme?’

So, the answer really depends on how bad the problem is to begin with – but, ultimately, we talk to women about using SmartBalls and NatraTone consistently for at least 6 weeks to then assess how far they’ve come along, how much improvement they’ve achieved, and whether they can then drop down to a ‘maintenance mode’ (which would be once a week or once a fortnight) or keep going in the ‘challenge mode’. Sounds like a computer game huh? Well it’s not – its fanny aerobics.
